Our 30-day promise

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund or an exchange. We want your dog to genuinely love their gear, and we would rather make it right than have it sit unused.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number and what you would like to do.
• We will send a prepaid label and simple instructions.
• Drop the parcel off, and we will take it from there.

Exchanges and sizing swaps

Got the wrong size? The first size exchange is on us. Just let us know the size you need when you start your return and we will get the right one out to you.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we issue your refund within three business days. It then takes a few more days to land back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

A few small things

• Washable items should come back clean so we can keep returns easy for everyone.
• Hold onto your proof of postage until your refund lands.
• If something failed through normal use, that is a warranty matter, not a return: just reach out with a photo.
