How long will my order take?
We pick and pack most orders within one business day. Once your parcel is on its way, standard delivery across the United States takes three to seven business days depending on your location.
What does shipping cost?
- Free on all US orders over $50.
- A flat rate is calculated at checkout for orders under that, based on your address.
- Faster delivery options are shown at checkout where available.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. The moment your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also check progress any time on our order tracking page.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship right across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on more countries: join the newsletter and we will let you know the moment we reach yours.
Do you ship to PO boxes and APO addresses?
We do. Just enter the address as normal at checkout and we will route it through a carrier that delivers there.
