Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if a clear error occurs we will let you know before charging you.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered in our shipping information, and returns in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product use
Our gear is made for dogs, not as safety-restraint or medical equipment. Always supervise your dog with new toys and gear, check the fit regularly, and replace anything that becomes worn or damaged.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Paw & Season and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
